Job summary

A recruitment agency is looking for an Inside Sales professional with 3–5 years of experience in the IT industry. The successful candidate will conduct outbound calls and emails to engaging key decision-makers, presenting technical solutions, and managing sales campaigns. Experience with renewals, upselling, and B2B sales, particularly in the software, SaaS, or cloud sectors is preferred. Candidates willing to relocate to PJ are encouraged to apply.   • Collaborate on team initiatives aimed at improving and optimizing the sales process.
  • Create, document, and refine sales best practices and standardized workflows for effective prospect engagement.
  • Consistently meet or surpass monthly revenue and performance targets.
