Job description

Established good customer relationship and provide product selection solution to best meet the customer's workplace need. Penetration and retention of existing business through pro active outbound calls & email marketing promotions.

  • Influences customers to buy products and to give product information and price quotations.
  • To maintain & update the customer general data (Email, PIC, Contact number)
  • To attend customer's feedback and handle customer related enquiries and complaints
  • To execute any promotion implemented by Marketing/Sales for re-activation or existing customer under the vacant territories
  • Provide excellent customer experience and maintain high level of service and professionalism at all times
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
  • All other adhoc reasonable assignment assigned to you from time to time
Qualifications
  • Minimum Diploma level
  • SAP user , high proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel), Sales prospoecting skills, sales negotiation skills,
  • Effective communicator. Fluent in oral and written English.
  • Minimum 2 year of relevant experience in handling outbound calls/Telemarketing/Telesales
