Job summary

A leading Malaysian engineering firm is currently seeking a dedicated Project Planner to assist in planning, scheduling, and documentation for major infrastructure projects. In this role, you will collaborate with the Project Manager and site teams to develop project schedules, track milestones, and coordinate with teams to ensure timely delivery. Qualifications

  • Fresh graduates or 1–3 years’ experience in electrical/civil/M&E construction or planning role.
  • Strong coordination skills, calm under pressure, and detail-oriented.
  • Willing to learn fast and adapt to project environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and update project schedules, work programs and progress reports.
  • Prepare resource loading and manpower planning.
  • Track project milestones, risks, delays and critical activities.
  • Coordinate with site supervisors, procurement, and subcontractors to ensure timely execution.
  • Support tender planning, deliverables, and project documentation.
  • Assist in preparing Gantt charts, site mobilization plans, and reporting summaries.
  • Attend internal progress meetings and support report preparation.
