Infrastructure Operations and Maintenance (Electrical/HVAC/Low-voltage)

Conduct daily operations and maintenance of electrical, HVAC, and low-voltage systems in data centers, execute routine maintenance plans, and handle system failures.

Manage infrastructure safety, risk, capacity, availability, and cost optimization to continuously improve operational efficiency.

Train and mentor junior staff, providing guidance and knowledge transfer.

Execute and support optimization and renovation projects for electrical, HVAC, and low-voltage systems.

Provide 7 24 or 5 8 shift coverage for data center operations, strictly adhering to all site procedures and standards.

Respond rapidly to emergencies and support during critical events as required by Alibaba Cloud.

Requirements

• Education: Associate degree or higher in Electrical, HVAC, or related fields.
• Experience: 7 24 Role: relevant industry experience; 5 8 Role: relevant industry experience.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in IDC data center environment and monitoring systems; able to perform facility inspections and identify maintenance/repair risk points; skilled in quickly locating fault points and restoring systems during incidents; experienced in infrastructure monitoring, capacity management, safety management, and availability management; capable of independently developing and implementing MOPs to ensure no faults due to changes.
• Soft Skills: Clear communication with logical expression and polite listening; strong cross-team collaboration, remote communication, and multi-language (local + English/Chinese) capabilities; ability to organize and lead meetings, manage facility maintenance and repairs.
• Must be able to respond rapidly to emergencies during non-working hours.
• Commitment to maintaining infrastructure information at 100% accuracy.
• Adherence to all operational procedures, standards, and compliance requirements.
