Overview
We are seeking an Influencer Marketing Manager to lead and execute impactful campaigns. In this role, you will manage junior team members, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and build strong relationships with creators and KOLs to deliver effective client solutions. You will be responsible for managing influencer partnerships, and staying ahead of industry trends to ensure best practices are applied. What You\'ll Do
- Manage juniors on day-to-day activities and provide guidance and mentorship.
- Support in guiding the work of executives and interns, ensuring alignment with campaign objectives and timelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Business Development and Account Management, to understand client requirements and objectives.
- Utilize expertise in influencer marketing to translate client briefs into effective campaign strategies that resonate with target audiences.
- Conduct negotiations with influencers regarding pricing, deliverables, and contractual agreements, ensuring alignment with campaign budget constraints and client expectations.
- Develop innovative approaches to influencer selection, content creation, and campaign activation to maximize engagement and impact.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and influencers across relevant industries.
- Work closely with Talent Management to identify, onboard, and manage influencer partnerships that align with campaign goals and brand values.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices in influencer marketing.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and potential challenges in the influencer landscape.
Who You Are
- Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven experience in influencer marketing with minimum 3-5 years, with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns and partnerships.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve goals.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of building rapport with influencers, clients, and internal stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in data analysis and performance tracking tools.
- Strategic thinker with a creative mindset and a passion for staying ahead of industry trends.
- Previous experience in client-facing roles and the ability to effectively translate client needs into actionable strategies.
- Familiarity with social media platforms, influencer management tools, and content creation workflows
