Objective of job

• Conduct and evaluate process data determinations as part of time studies
• Optimize production & process efficiency

Principle activities

• Creation and perform line balance
• To perform manpower calculation.
• Monitoring & optimize of production process (Calculation of capacity, staff, equipment, space, etc.).
• Analyzing and optimizing motion sequences and workflows in the production area.
• Showing of potentials for improvements and forwarding it to the responsible department.
• Creation of ramp-up curve for production launch.
• Cooperate in problem solving and improvement activities.
• Support in updating the FMEA & PLP.
• To support in wire robbing activity.
• To create new / optimize the process flow & visual aids.
• Communicate with CKD plant, IS CKD team & expert related with IS topic.
• To update & analysis monthly IS KPI.

Specialized knowledge / education

• Bachelor degree in Engineering
