Overview

Our client is a leading provider of tiles, natural stone surfaces, porcelain slabs, mosaics, and sanitary ware in Malaysia, established in 1990. Currently, we are seeking a motivated Indoor Sales Advisor to join their dynamic team. If you are passionate about sales and customer service, we want to hear from you!

Job Responsibilities

• Help walk-in customers by recommending suitable products.
• Promote and confidently sell store items.
• Handle customer questions and complaints in a professional manner.
• Meet assigned sales targets.
• Stay updated on product information and highlight top sellers.
• Submit weekly reports to the Supervisor.

Requirements

• Open to working on weekends and public holidays.
• Excellent communication and sales abilities.
• Goal-oriented with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
• Must be able to work a 6-day work week (including weekends/Public Holidays). Rest day falls on Weekday.
