A global beverage brand in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an I.T Operations and Maintenance Specialist to support and maintain Point-of-Sale and inventory systems. Candidates should have a diploma in IT, at least one year of experience in IT support or business analysis, and strong communication skills in English, Malay, and Mandarin. The role includes performing business analysis, application channel management, and providing Level 1 & 2 IT support. Benefits include annual leave, medical leave, and various allowances.

Support and maintain F&B software systems, including Point-of-Sale (POS), inventory and related management applications.
Perform B2B & B2C business analysis, including user behaviour, customer segments, and user experience improvements.
Handle application channels such as payment integration, MID application, document submission, system connection and QA checks.
Support delivery/online channels and prepare required data or documents.
Provide IT Support Level 1 & 2 (basic troubleshooting such as network, system lag, access issues).
Assist in system integration with third-party companies (e.g., Touch ’n Go, merchants).
Manage upstream → downstream data flow, ensuring accuracy and smooth process handover.
Maintain clear communication with internal teams and franchisees to ensure smooth operations.
Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field.
At least 1 year of experience in IT support, system integration, e-commerce/online platforms or business analysis.
Good analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, user behaviour and operational performance.
Familiar with Excel, and exposure to Azure, BI tools or workflow documentation is a plus.
Required to travel occasionally for store support.
Able to communicate well in English, Malay and Mandarin as this role requires engaging with Mandarin-speaking clients and stakeholders.
