Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary representative and main point of contact for customers on all service-related matters
  • Manage a portfolio of key accounts and drive customer loyalty through consistent support and engagement
  • Identify customer needs and work closely with the technical support team to propose suitable solutions
  • Highlight and promote value-added service offerings such as retrofits, upgrades, and optimisation solutions
  • Investigate customer complaints, coordinate with internal stakeholders, evaluate options, and recommend solutions
  • Organise regular service reviews with customers and the operations team to track hot jobs and critical issues
  • Analyse vertical market needs and develop appropriate pricing and selling strategies
  • Prepare and review contract terms and conditions using standard company templates
  • Present proposals clearly and confidently to customers
  • Provide marketplace insights including competitor updates, customer expectations, and industry trends
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering
  • Minimum 2 years of direct sales experience; knowledge of HVAC systems, chiller plants, airside equipment, energy services, or building services is essential
  • Strong ability to read, interpret, and analyse engineering documents
  • Proven problem-solving skills with the ability to integrate data from multiple sources to develop effective solutions
  • Ability to interpret technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and manage complex abstract or concrete variables
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Capable of working independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills
  • Customer-focused mindset with a strong commitment to service excellence
