Responsibilities
- Act as the primary representative and main point of contact for customers on all service-related matters
- Manage a portfolio of key accounts and drive customer loyalty through consistent support and engagement
- Identify customer needs and work closely with the technical support team to propose suitable solutions
- Highlight and promote value-added service offerings such as retrofits, upgrades, and optimisation solutions
- Investigate customer complaints, coordinate with internal stakeholders, evaluate options, and recommend solutions
- Organise regular service reviews with customers and the operations team to track hot jobs and critical issues
- Analyse vertical market needs and develop appropriate pricing and selling strategies
- Prepare and review contract terms and conditions using standard company templates
- Present proposals clearly and confidently to customers
- Provide marketplace insights including competitor updates, customer expectations, and industry trends
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering
- Minimum 2 years of direct sales experience; knowledge of HVAC systems, chiller plants, airside equipment, energy services, or building services is essential
- Strong ability to read, interpret, and analyse engineering documents
- Proven problem-solving skills with the ability to integrate data from multiple sources to develop effective solutions
- Ability to interpret technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and manage complex abstract or concrete variables
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Capable of working independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Customer-focused mindset with a strong commitment to service excellence
- Innovative thinker with a willingness to explore new ideas and approaches
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong general computer skills
