Job Responsibilities

• Responsible of Responsible Business Alliance (RBA, formerly known as EICC) Compliance and Audit. To ensure the company Compliance and meet the RBA Audit requirements.
• Handling of recruitment ( Indirect staff & Direct Labor)
• Handling of employee welfare.
• Overseeing foreign worker permit, passport and accommodation.
• Responsible to audit the company 5'S
• Other task assigned by superior.

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
• Required language(s): English
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Participate in external audit (Customer audit, RBA, ISO audit & etc.)
