Job Responsibilities
- Responsible of Responsible Business Alliance (RBA, formerly known as EICC) Compliance and Audit. To ensure the company Compliance and meet the RBA Audit requirements.
- Handling of recruitment ( Indirect staff & Direct Labor)
- Handling of employee welfare.
- Overseeing foreign worker permit, passport and accommodation.
- Responsible to audit the company 5'S
- Other task assigned by superior.
Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- Required language(s): English
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Participate in external audit (Customer audit, RBA, ISO audit & etc.)
