Job description

CESCO INTEGRATED SERVICES SDN BHD is seeking an experienced HR Executive to join our dynamic team in Pasir Gudang, Johor. As an HR Executive, you will play a crucial role in supporting the company's overall human resources strategy and day-to-day operations. This is a full-time position that offers the opportunity to contribute to the growth and development of our organisation.

What you’ll be doing
  • Administering and coordinating HR-related functions, including employee onboarding, benefits management, and payroll processing.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, shortlisting, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Payroll preparation including statutory contributions, leave management, and staff claims.
  • Maintaining and updating employee records and HR documentation to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations with proper filing.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS), and company policies.
  • Providing support and guidance to employees on HR-related inquiries and issues.
  • Collaborating with the management team to identify and implement HR policies and procedures that align with the company's objectives.
  • Organising and facilitating employee training and development programmes.
  • Assisting with the planning and execution of employee engagement activities and events.
  • Handle disciplinary and grievance issues in line with company procedures and Malaysia Labour Laws.
What we’re looking for
  • A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5-10 years of experience in a generalist HR role, preferably in the services industry.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, Malaysia labour laws, and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR information systems (INFOTECH, Millenium).
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • A keen interest in contributing to the growth and development of the organisation.
