Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to understand priorities and align HR strategies to meet organizational goals.
- Collaborate with COE and SSC teams to deliver solutions in talent acquisition, performance management, learning, and compensation.
- Manage employee relations, addressing concerns while ensuring compliance with company policies and local employment laws.
- Drive performance management, succession planning, and workforce planning processes.
- Support engagement initiatives to enhance culture, retention, and satisfaction while championing diversity and inclusion.
- Provide guidance on compensation matters and collaborate with the C&B team for fair and competitive rewards decisions.
- Generate and maintain HR dashboards and reports related to headcount, resignation trends, retention rates & manpower planning.
- Drive change management and organizational transformation initiatives.
- Participate in HR projects, including process improvements, policy reviews, and systems implementation.
- Ensure governance by maintaining compliance with labour laws, HR audits, and internal policies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in an HRBP role.
- Proficiency in HR analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors).
- Strong understanding of employment laws and HR best practices.
- Experience working in matrixed organizations with COEs and SSCs.
- Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and visualization to drive informed decision-making.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to manage sensitive matters effectively.
- Strong problem-solving, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
- Adaptability and agility to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Experience in organizational change management and transformation.
- Prior experience in data centres, infrastructure, or technology industries is a plus.
