The Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, candidate selection, interviews, and offers for both divisions.
- Manage onboarding, orientation, probation/confirmation, and offboarding processes, ensuring a seamless experience for all employees.
- Design, implement, and monitor performance review cycles, working closely with division managers to drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure HR policies and practices are compliant with statutory requirements and guidelines; update and communicate policies as needed.
- Manage applications and renewals of work passes, ensuring compliance with local regulations and timely processing
- Oversee preparation of agreements, letters, formal notices, and maintain accurate HR records.
- Champion engagement initiatives, fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Oversee payroll processing and statutory contributions for both divisions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Identify training needs, coordinate development programs, and support career progression for teammates.
- Collaborate closely with the HQ team to align operational standards, policies and practices across regions
- Provide guidance to employees and managers on HR matters, entitlements, and regulations.
The Pre-Requisites
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- At least 5 years of relevant HR experience, with at least 2 years in managerial or supervisory role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good team player and able to work independently.
- Must be organized, able to multi-task, and work under pressure
