Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Recruitment Executive to manage and support the recruitment process across various departments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates, while ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition & Sourcing
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and define role expectations.
  • Draft clear, engaging, and inclusive job descriptions.
  • Source candidates using various platforms: job portals, social media, employee referrals, recruitment agencies, and campus drives.
  • Build and maintain a proactive talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Candidate Screening & Interview Coordination
  • Screen and shortlist resumes based on job criteria and role fit.
  • Conduct initial interviews (phone, virtual, or in-person) to assess candidates' skills and culture fit.
  • Coordinate interviews with department heads and follow up on feedback promptly.
  • Manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
Recruitment Process Management
  • Maintain and regularly update recruitment trackers, HR databases.
  • Assist in offer roll-outs, negotiations, and pre-joining engagement.
  • Ensure all recruitment activities comply with internal policies and legal standards.
Onboarding & Offboarding
  • Manage end-to-end onboarding, including document collection, induction coordination, and system setups.
  • Conduct orientation sessions and assist new hires with settling in.
  • Support the offboarding process: organize exit interviews, coordinate final settlements, and ensure proper documentation.
  • Track exit trends and provide insights for HR improvement strategies.
Employer Branding & Engagement
  • Support employer branding efforts on platforms like LinkedIn and during campus events or job fairs.
  • Help drive initiatives that promote the organization as an employer of choice.
Reporting & Analytics
  • Track and report key hiring metrics such as time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and offer-to-join ratios.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly dashboards and hiring status reports for HR leadership.
General HR Support & Ad Hoc Tasks
  • Assist the HR Manager or senior HR team members with daily operations, HR documentation, and project-based tasks.
  • Provide administrative support for employee engagement activities, audits, compliance checks, and other HR functions as required.
  • Take on ad hoc responsibilities as assigned, ensuring flexibility and reliability in handling varying tasks.
Qualifications:
  • Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in retail, beauty, fashion, or consumer goods.
  • Familiarity with sourcing techniques and recruitment tools (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to handle multiple open positions simultaneously.
  • Passion for the beauty industry and understanding of its evolving talent landscape.
  • HR or equivalent postgraduate degree.
  • Experience in recruiting for [industry-Beauty, etc.].
  • Understanding of labour laws and HR best practices.
  • Experience hiring for all roles.
