Job summary

A leading HR and Admin firm in Johor, Malaysia is seeking an experienced HR professional to assist in developing HR policies, processing payroll, and ensuring compliance with local legislation. The ideal candidate has at least 1-2 years of HR and Admin experience, is fluent in Mandarin, and possesses strong interpersonal skills.   • Establish recruiting requirements and conduct orientation programs.
  • Supervise office/plant administration and support tasks.

Job description
Requirement
  • Fluency in Mandarin is required.
  • Must process at least 1-2 years HR and Admin experience.
  • Candidate possesses at least a Certificate / Diploma or above
  • Experience in other human resources function and familiar with Payroll software iFlexi Auto Pay will be an advantage.
  • Ability to work both independently and with a team.
  • Good interpersonal skill communication with employees.
  • Computer literacy - Microsoft Words, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Responsibility
  • To assist in development and ongoing improvement of HR policies and procedures according to local legislation and regional guidelines in alignment with the company's business plans.
  • Responsible to process the company's payroll every pay period and maintains the confidentiality of employees' pay records.
  • To ensure that the Company compliances to the Government statutory and submit the monthly contributions eg. EPF, SOCSO, EIS, HRDF and PCB before the deadliness.
  • To establish recruiting requirements by meeting with managers to discuss on their individual department’s needs and conduct orientation program to the newly joiners.
  • To supervise office / plant administration including on site security management, and on site administration support.
  • To assist in any other Human Resources and Admin functions and undertake any other tasks as assigned by the Management from time to time.
