Our company was founded in 2013. Today we have a staff size of 250. We need a Human Resource Executive to assist our HR team. The chosen candidate should prioritize workers’ welfare without compromising the company’s value.

Responsibilities
  • Recruitment and Hiring: Managing the full recruitment cycle, from identifying staffing needs to onboarding new employees.
  • Employee Relations: Addressing employee concerns, grievances, and performance management issues.
  • Training and Development: Developing and implementing training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
  • Policy Development and Implementation: Creating and enforcing HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards.
  • Compensation and Benefits: Assist compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain talent.
  • Compliance: Ensuring the organization adheres to all relevant employment laws and regulations.
  • Performance Management: Implementing performance appraisal systems to assess and improve employee performance.
  • Employee Engagement: Developing and implementing initiatives to foster a positive and productive work environment.
Requirements
  • Minimum Professional Diploma or Degree or its equivalent.
  • At least 3-5 years of HR experience and a minimum of 3 years at Generalist roles.
  • Experience in HR2000 preferred / Fingertec V3 / HRDC matters.
  • Ability to build & maintain positive relationships across various levels of the organization.
  • Good & up-to-date knowledge of Employment Act in Malaysia.
  • Proficient in MS Office & HRIS systems.
  • Excellent interpersonal, leadership & conflict resolution skills.
  • Fluent in Mandarin speaking (advantage) with strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Strong operational & strategic HR experience.
  • High level of integrity, discretion & confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
