Qualifications
- Minimum 2-3 years of work experience in relevant field
- Good organizational skills, attention to detail, self-motivation, and basic policy understanding
- Experience in team support, HR administration, and basic team-building activities
- Strong communication and coordination skills across company levels, with ability to assist in organizing activities
- Familiarity with company policies, document drafting, publications, and promotional materials

Human Resources Responsibilities
- Assist in recruitment based on company needs, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
- Utilize diverse recruitment channels, including major job sites, social media, recruitment agencies, and employee referrals
- Support pre-employment procedures, onboarding new hires, and conducting company policy orientation
- Contribute to talent retention efforts by assisting with career development initiatives and employee benefits administration
- Handle employee offboarding processes, including exit interviews, documentation, and handovers
- Support the implementation of HR policies in line with company guidelines and market trends
- Assist in developing and executing department work plans, providing coordination and administrative support
- Help conduct HR analysis to identify hiring needs for the company and departments
- Support the planning and delivery of training programs based on company and departmental requirements
- Maintain employee records, contracts, attendance, training logs, and performance evaluation documentation
- Assist in resolving employee queries and labor issues under guidance from senior management
- Support salary calculation, payroll processing, and benefits administration in alignment with market trends
- Help organize and participate in team-building and training activities
Administrative Support Responsibilities
- Assist in implementing office administrative policies and procedures
- Support document drafting, organizing departmental meetings, and general office management
- Help with preparations for VIP receptions, large-scale events, and meetings
- Assist in procurement processes, including sourcing office supplies and coordinating with suppliers for projects
- Draft and monitor administrative regulations to ensure compliance
- Provide logistical and ad-hoc support as required
