Human Resources Responsibilities
  • Assist in recruitment based on company needs, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
  • Utilize diverse recruitment channels, including major job sites, social media, recruitment agencies, and employee referrals
  • Support pre-employment procedures, onboarding new hires, and conducting company policy orientation
  • Contribute to talent retention efforts by assisting with career development initiatives and employee benefits administration
  • Handle employee offboarding processes, including exit interviews, documentation, and handovers
  • Support the implementation of HR policies in line with company guidelines and market trends
  • Assist in developing and executing department work plans, providing coordination and administrative support
  • Help conduct HR analysis to identify hiring needs for the company and departments
  • Support the planning and delivery of training programs based on company and departmental requirements
  • Maintain employee records, contracts, attendance, training logs, and performance evaluation documentation
  • Assist in resolving employee queries and labor issues under guidance from senior management
  • Support salary calculation, payroll processing, and benefits administration in alignment with market trends
  • Help organize and participate in team-building and training activities
Administrative Support Responsibilities
  • Assist in implementing office administrative policies and procedures
  • Support document drafting, organizing departmental meetings, and general office management
  • Help with preparations for VIP receptions, large-scale events, and meetings
  • Assist in procurement processes, including sourcing office supplies and coordinating with suppliers for projects
  • Draft and monitor administrative regulations to ensure compliance
  • Provide logistical and ad-hoc support as required
