Responsibilities include managing end-to-end payroll processing and employee onboarding. Support payroll and benefits administration
Help ensure compliance with labour laws and internal policies
Handles end-to-end payroll processing, from attendance tracking to salary disbursement and statutory compliance
Handles employee on & off-boarding process
Responsible for HRDC training coordination, including registration, claims, and regulatory compliance.
Qualifications:
Must have at least basic knowledge on Employment Act 1955
Able to communicate & write in English and Malay
Candidate must have Bachelor in Human Resource Management, Administrative Science or related field
