  • Manage and administer payroll processes accurately and timely.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, HR documentation, and personnel files.
  • Coordinate and support training and development programs.
  • Assist in performance appraisal exercises and staff development initiatives.
  • Monitor staff discipline, absenteeism, and turnover.
  • Organize employee engagement activities, welfare programs, and staff events.
  • Act as a liaison between management and employees.

Overview

Assist in planning, implementing, and enforcing Human Resources policies, procedures, and programs in line with hotel standards and labor regulations.

Responsibilities
  • Support end-to-end recruitment processes including job advertisements, interviews, onboarding, and orientation.
  • Handle employee relations matters such as grievances, disciplinary actions, counseling, and conflict resolution.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and statutory requirements, including leave, attendance, overtime, and disciplinary procedures.
  • Manage and administer payroll processes accurately and timely, including attendance verification, overtime calculation, allowances, and statutory deductions.
  • Ensure payroll compliance with statutory contributions such as EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and PCB.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, HR documentation, and personnel files.
  • Coordinate and support training and development programs.
  • Assist in performance appraisal exercises and staff development initiatives.
  • Monitor staff discipline, absenteeism, and turnover, and prepare HR and payroll-related reports.
  • Organize employee engagement activities, welfare programs, and staff events.
  • Act as a liaison between management and employees to foster positive working relationships.
  • Perform any other HR-related duties as assigned by management.
