Manage the end-to-end recruitment process: job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
Support performance management processes, including appraisals and goal setting.
Handle employee relations issues, ensuring a fair and consistent approach to conflict resolution.
Administer compensation and benefits programs.
Coordinate training sessions, workshops, and employee engagement activities.
Prepare HR reports and metrics for management review.
