Job description

To assist in documentation control ISO 9001, 14001, ISO 45001 and FSC.

To overall in charge of compliance matters (ISO 9001, 14001, ISO 45001, FSC activities) (including maintenance of documentation, internal/ external audits and coordination of related activities)

To responsible for overall company’s quality system, SHE (safety, health and environment) system.

To actively monitor, control & follow up all safety, health and environment rule and regulations in company from time to time.

To carried out basic education training according company system (ISO 9001, 14001, ISO 45001, FSC activities)

To investigating cause of accidents and other unsafe and environment conditions on the job site.

To ensure the site safety, health and environment is prepared and implemented.

To advice the employer or any person in charge of a place of work on the measures to be taken in the interests of the safety and health of the persons employed in the place of work.

To inspect the place of work to determine whether any machinery, plant, equipment, substance, appliance or process or any description of manual labor used in the place of work, is of such nature liable to cause body injury to any person working in the place of work.

To investigate any accident, near miss accident, dangerous occurrence, occupational poisoning or occupational disease which has happened in the place of work

To assist the safety and health committee in any inspection of the place of work for the purpose of checking the effectiveness and efficacy of any measures taken in compliance with the Act or any regulations made under the Act

To collect, assist, analyses and maintain statistics on any accident, dangerous occurrence, occupational poisoning and occupational disease which have occurred at the place of work

To carry out any other instruction made by the employer or any person in charge of the place of work on any matters pertaining to safety and health of the place of work.

To responsible to company 5S & Safety.

Other job function and authorities to be delegated by Managing Director/General Manager from time to time whenever is required.

Requirement:

Minimum Diploma or with at least 2 years related working experiences.

Able to write and speak in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Able to work under pressure.

Must have strong communication and leadership skills.

Must have common computer knowledge.

Preferably ISO Implementation knowledge (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 & FSC).

Require to deal with government authority body (DOSH, DOE, Bomba, JKKP etc.)

Preferably a competent person with greenbook to handle schedule waste.
