A leading technology company located in Malaysia, Selangor, Puchong is seeking an Associate Manager for HR SSC Workday Data Administration. This role involves managing processes for employee onboarding, transfers, and exits, ensuring accuracy in HR records through Workday, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. Candidates should have at least 5 years of experience in HR, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Knowledge of Chinese is a plus.
Manage employee onboarding, transfer, and exit processes to ensure all necessary documentation and procedures are properly handled.
Maintain and update Workday HR records and related documentation to ensure the timeliness and accuracy of processed information.
Establish and maintain good working relationships with internal clients.
Participate in continuous improvement projects to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the HR Shared Services Center.
Comply with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
Basic Requirements:
Proficiency in English (spoken and written), Chinese ability is a plus
At least 5 years of work experience in human resources, with experience in HR shared services centers preferred.
Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office software and HR information systems (Workday).
