Job summary

A leading human resources company in Johor, Malaysia seeks an HR Executive to handle payroll calculations, employee records, and support training programs. Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a related field, along with at least 2 years of experience in HR operations. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and bilingual communication in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin are essential. The role also involves monthly salary analysis and administrative support. Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years working experiences in HR operations or similar role.
  • Basic knowledge of HR policies & employment law.
  • Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia, English & Mandarin.

Responsibilities

  • Handle and process calculation of payroll.
  • Submission employee’s contribution EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB & HRDC.
  • Process and handle employees training program.
  • Handle records such as attendance, annual leave, sick leave balance, OT, claims.
  • Prepare monthly and annual salary analysis & records.
  • Report to HR Manager for HR duties and matters.
  • Support office administration and assist with tasks assigned by superior.
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties if necessary.
