Job summary

A leading hotel chain in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an Entry Level Manager to support HR operations and lead Learning & Development initiatives. The successful candidate will assist in recruitment, employee relations, HR administration, and compliance while coordinating training programs. Ideal candidates have a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field and 1–3 years of HR experience, preferably in the hospitality sector. This is a full-time role at a prominent hotel group.

Qualifications

  • Familiarity with hotel operations and workforce management is a plus.
