Responsibilities
- Assist with recruitment efforts, including posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires
- Maintain and update employee records (digital and physical)
- Support the compensation and benefits administration
- Coordinate HR projects (meetings, events, trainings, surveys, etc.)
- Answer employee queries regarding HR-related issues
- Prepare HR documents such as employment contracts, onboarding & offboarding, work permit & visa application
- Ensure compliance with all statutory and internal rules & regulations
- Administration & Others: Provide administrative support where relevant, Assist in HR projects & initiatives in-line with Group HR\'s objectives & directives, Application of work permits/employment pass when required, To undertake any ad-hoc tasks/projects pertaining to Human Resources & General Administrative duties as and when required
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 1–2 years of experience in an HR support role (preferred but not required)
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR software (preferred but not required)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
