Qualifications

Responsibilities
  • Assist with recruitment efforts, including posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires
  • Maintain and update employee records (digital and physical)
  • Support the compensation and benefits administration
  • Coordinate HR projects (meetings, events, trainings, surveys, etc.)
  • Answer employee queries regarding HR-related issues
  • Prepare HR documents such as employment contracts, onboarding & offboarding, work permit & visa application
  • Ensure compliance with all statutory and internal rules & regulations
  • Administration & Others: Provide administrative support where relevant, Assist in HR projects & initiatives in-line with Group HR\'s objectives & directives, Application of work permits/employment pass when required, To undertake any ad-hoc tasks/projects pertaining to Human Resources & General Administrative duties as and when required
Requirements
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 1–2 years of experience in an HR support role (preferred but not required)
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR software (preferred but not required)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
