Job summary

A leading recruitment agency in Malaysia is seeking a Human Resources professional to handle end-to-end recruitment functions including job postings, managing employee records, and HR documentation. The ideal candidate should have a diploma in Human Resource Management and at least 3 years of relevant experience. Familiarity with the Malaysia Employment Act and good organizational skills are essential. This role also includes managing office administration and supporting HR initiatives.

Qualifications

Job Description
Human Resources
  • Handle end-to-end recruitment activities including job posting, screening, interviewing coordination, and onboarding
  • Manage employee records, personnel files, and HR documentation
  • Prepare HR-related letters such as offer letters, confirmation, promotion, transfer, warning, and termination letters
  • Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Manage leave administration, attendance records, and staff movement
  • Assist in performance appraisal administration and employee engagement activities
  • Handle employee relations matters and provide basic HR advisory support
  • Ensure compliance with Malaysia Employment Act and company HR policies
  • Coordinate training arrangements and maintain training records
Administrative Duties
  • Handle general office administration and documentation
  • Manage office supplies, assets, and vendors
  • Support administrative tasks such as insurance, uniforms, staff ID, and office facilities coordination
  • Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and HR initiatives
Qualifications
  • Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in HR and administration
  • Familiar with Malaysia Employment Act and basic labor regulations
  • Good organizational and documentation skills
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
