Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company goals

Advise management on workforce planning, organizational structure, and succession planning

Lead HR initiatives to improve employee engagement and retention

2. Recruitment & Talent Management

Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes

Develop employer branding and onboarding programs

Identify training needs and oversee learning & development initiatives

3. Employee Relations & Industrial Relations

Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and domestic inquiries

Ensure compliance with the Employment Act 1955, Industrial Relations Act 1967, and other relevant Malaysian labour laws

Liaise with unions, legal advisors, and government authorities when required

Develop and administer salary structures, incentives, and benefits

Ensure accurate and timely processing of EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and statutory benefits

Review and benchmark compensation to remain competitive

5. Performance Management

Design and manage performance appraisal systems

Support managers in performance improvement and talent development

Monitor KPIs and workforce productivity

Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures

Ensure compliance with company policies and Malaysian regulations

Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation

7. HR Operations & Administration

Oversee HR systems (HRIS), payroll coordination, and reporting

Manage HR budgets and departmental costs

Lead and develop the HR team
