Job description
Responsibilities
  • Manage the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, compensation and benefits, performance management, employee relations, and training and development.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy of Factory Mobile.
  • Oversee the recruitment and selection process, ensuring timely and effective staffing to meet the needs of 12 branches across Malaysia.
  • Manage employee relations, addressing grievances and resolving conflicts to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with Malaysian labor laws and regulations.
  • Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they are competitive and aligned with market trends.
  • Lead performance management processes, including setting objectives, conducting performance reviews, and providing feedback to employees.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters.
  • Identify training and development needs and develop programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR systems.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
  • Excellent people management skills, with the ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team.
  • Proficiency in performance management, including setting goals, providing feedback, and conducting performance reviews.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage employee relations issues effectively and fairly.
  • Experience in compensation and benefits administration, including salary benchmarking and benefits negotiation.
  • Solid experience in recruitment and selection, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and onboarding new hires.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Proficient in using HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
