Responsibilities
  • Execute administrative and human resource functions of the Company.
  • Provide advice and guidance to Human Resource Executive & Assistant on Malaysian Labour Laws, affairs and requirements related to human resource aspects.
  • Execute Human Resource policies, procedure, manuals, and employee handbook.
  • Update job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
  • Ensure vacancies are filled within stipulated time frame.
  • Supervise the team to ensure accuracy and timely payment of employees’ salary and other statutory payments such as EPF, EIS, SOCSO and income tax are aligned with the Malaysian Law.
  • Manage employees' performance management system, employee evaluation/ improvement plan.
  • Handle grievances and disciplinary issues.
  • Responsible for general welfare and health of employees.
  • Any responsibility assigned by Head of Department from time to time.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5-10 years’ experience as HR generalist/managing role in manufacturing sector.
  • Strong knowledge of local Labour Laws and HR best practices.
  • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
  • Organized, decisive, strong analytical, problem‑solving & people management skills.
