The role requires a balance of hands‑on execution and people‑focused interaction to ensure a positive employee experience and effective HR service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes, including job postings, shortlisting, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Support HR operations such as employee records, payroll inputs, benefits administration, and statutory compliance.
  • Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and initiatives in alignment with company objectives.
  • Provide guidance to employees on HR‑related matters, ensuring fairness and consistency.
  • Coordinate employee engagement activities, training sessions, and performance management processes.
  • Prepare HR reports and analytics for management review.
  • Partner with line managers to address staffing needs and workforce planning.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of HR experience; prior exposure to recruitment, employee relations, or HR operations is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and statutory requirements.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport across all levels.
  • Detail‑oriented, organized, and able to handle confidential information with integrity.
