Job description

We are seeking an organized and proactive HR Executive with 1 - 2 year of experience to our HR functions. The ideal candidate must be proficient in Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, and English, with a preference for those fluent in Mandarin due to general manager interactions requirements. We warmly welcome colleagues from all ethnic groups to join us.

Key Responsibilities
Human Resources Support
  • Assists for HR day-to-day operations and activities, include recruitment process, job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling
  • Compile the work duration record sheet, and calculate the salary.
  • Assist in the arrangement of employees' leave requests, and keep records.
  • Maintaining and updating of employee records and HR documents
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding process
  • Administering in establishing HR policies and regulatory compliance, overseeing training and development
  • Support employee relations and handle inquiries
  • Liaise with agent for working permit
  • Liaise with government bodies for example EPF, PERKSESO, TAX and HRDF.
Requirements
Education and Experience
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in HR role
  • SPM, diploma or equivalent; certification in HR or related field is a plus
Language Skills
  • Preferable candidates with proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin and English (written and spoken)
Technical Skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Familiarity with HR software and databases is an advantage
Personal Attributes
  • Good team player with a strong sense of responsibility and ability to work independently
  • Possess a high level of confidentiality, responsibility, self-motivation, self-discipline and good interpersonal skills
