We are seeking an organized and proactive HR Executive with 1 - 2 year of experience to our HR functions. The ideal candidate must be proficient in Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, and English, with a preference for those fluent in Mandarin due to general manager interactions requirements. Key Responsibilities
Human Resources Support
- Assists for HR day-to-day operations and activities, include recruitment process, job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling
- Compile the work duration record sheet, and calculate the salary.
- Assist in the arrangement of employees' leave requests, and keep records.
- Maintaining and updating of employee records and HR documents
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding process
- Administering in establishing HR policies and regulatory compliance, overseeing training and development
- Support employee relations and handle inquiries
- Liaise with agent for working permit
- Liaise with government bodies for example EPF, PERKSESO, TAX and HRDF.
Requirements
Education and Experience
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in HR role
- SPM, diploma or equivalent; certification in HR or related field is a plus
Language Skills
- Preferable candidates with proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin and English (written and spoken)
Technical Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Familiarity with HR software and databases is an advantage
