What will I be doing?
  • As an HR Executive - People & Culture, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes and supporting initiatives that promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture aligned with the company’s values and business goals, including the following key responsibilities:
  • Responsible for ranking and filing team member talent acquisitions.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new hires.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective talent acquisition strategies.
  • Participate in cooperation with schools, colleges, and universities.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline using various sourcing channels (job boards, social media, employee referrals, networking events).
  • Coordinate and conduct candidate assessments and interviews, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
  • Partner with HR and business leaders to drive employee engagement and culture initiatives, including organizing events, recognition programs, and communication campaigns.
  • Support compliance with labor laws, company policies, and diversity and inclusion goals.
  • Maintain confidentiality at all times and strict practice of office lock-up and information security.
  • Assist to organize team member activities and communication meetings.
  • Carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.
