Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Human Resources or any other equivalent.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of Labour Laws and industrial practices.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for areas of human resources including payroll and staffing.
• Maintain HR system and ensure data accuracy.
• Accountable for monthly payroll computation and processing.
• Manage recruitment activities and participate in career fairs.
• Administer training and HRD grant applications.
• Handle employee relations matters including grievances.
• Ensure compliance with RBA and ISO standards.

Skills
