Job description

We are seeking an organized and proactive HR Executive with 1 - 2 year of experience to our HR functions. The ideal candidate must be proficient in Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, and English, with a preference for those fluent in Mandarin due to general manager interactions requirements. We warmly welcome colleagues from all ethnic groups to join us.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in HR day‑to‑day operations and activities, including recruitment process, job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling.
  • Compile work duration record sheet and calculate salary.
  • Assist in arranging employees' leave requests, and keep records.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR documents.
  • Assist with onboarding and off‑boarding processes.
  • Administer establishing HR policies and regulatory compliance, overseeing training and development.
  • Support employee relations and handle inquiries.
  • Liaise with agents for work permits.
  • Liaise with government bodies such as EPF, PERKSESO, TAX, and HRDF.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: Minimum 1‑2 years of experience in HR role; SPM, diploma or equivalent; certification in HR or related field is a plus.
  • Language Skills: Preferable candidates with proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, and English (written and spoken).
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); familiarity with HR software and databases is an advantage.
  • Good team player with a strong sense of responsibility and ability to work independently.
  • Possess a high level of confidentiality, responsibility, self‑motivation, self‑discipline and good interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
