Key Responsibilities
  • Handle full HR cycle including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding
  • Manage employee records, contracts, and HR documentation
  • Administer payroll, leave, and attendance systems
  • Assist in handling documentation related to foreign staff (e.g. visa application or renewal), where applicable.
  • Support performance appraisal and employee evaluation processes
  • Assist in developing HR policies, procedures, and compliance with local labour laws
  • Coordinate training programs and employee development initiatives
  • Handle employee relations and act as a point of contact for HR-related inquiries
  • Perform other HR-related duties as assigned
Requirements
  • Diploma / Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration, or related field
  • 2–5 years of relevant HR experience
  • Solid understanding of Malaysian labour laws and HR regulations
  • Hands‑on experience with HR software / payroll systems
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
