Job description

Paragon Globe Berhad is seeking an experienced and proactive HR Executive to join our team in Johor Bahru. In this full‑time role, you will take ownership of the full payroll cycle and provide essential HR administrative support to ensure smooth operations and compliance across the organization.

What you’ll be doing
  • Manage end‑to‑end payroll processing including salary computation, statutory deductions, and submission of tax forms using HRIS/payroll software.
  • Support statutory reporting and compliance with government agencies including LHDN, KWSP, PERKESO, and HRD Corp.
  • Maintain accurate employee records including personal data, contracts, attendance, leave balances, and payroll history.
  • Administer HR operational tasks such as onboarding, offboarding, confirmation, issuance of HR letters, as well as general office operations.
  • Coordinate leave management and benefits administration, ensuring timely updates and compliance with company policies.
  • Respond to employee inquiries related to payroll, benefits, and HR policies professionally and promptly.
What we’re looking for
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in HR administration or payroll‑focused roles.
  • Strong understanding of Malaysian employment laws and statutory requirements.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS/payroll systems (e.g., iFlexi or equivalent).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
