Job summary

A leading manufacturing company in Malaysia seeks an experienced HR Manager to oversee full HR operations. The ideal candidate will lead, mentor, and supervise the HR team, ensuring effective service delivery and compliance with policies. Responsibilities include payroll processing, managing employee relations, and policy development. A Bachelor or Master's in Business Management or Human Resource is required, along with at least 5 years of experience in HR, preferably within the manufacturing sector.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years experience in HR function, preferably in manufacturing.
  • Experience with Industrial Relations and Trade Unions is an advantage.
  • Integrity in handling sensitive information and HR policies.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee HR operations and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Lead HR team and ensure effective service delivery and skills development.
  • Support management in HR strategies and policy development.
  • Conduct payroll processing and ensure accurate submission.
  • Manage employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary cases.
