We are looking for a highly driven professional with proven success inhigh-volume hiring and experience in fast-paced environments, ideally with abackground in recruitment agencies or executive search firms.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top-tier candidates.
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates based on skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and conduct interviews, tests, and assessments.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and provide expert recommendations.
- Manage the offer process, negotiations, and onboarding for new hires.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and ensure compliance with policies.
- Continuously refine recruitment processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
- Stay updated on market trends, talent availability, and competitive hiring practices.
Qualification and Skills:
- Bachelor's / Master degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Social Sciences, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in recruitment, with astrong preference for candidates who have worked in recruitment agencies or fast-paced corporate environments.
- Proven track record of successfully filling roles across multiple functions and levels.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.
- Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in HR software and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Sound knowledge of employment laws, recruitment best practices, and market trends.
- Proactive, results-driven, and adaptable, with the ability to thrive under pressure.
