We are looking for a highly driven professional with proven success inhigh-volume hiring and experience in fast-paced environments, ideally with abackground in recruitment agencies or executive search firms.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top-tier candidates.
  • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates based on skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and conduct interviews, tests, and assessments.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and provide expert recommendations.
  • Manage the offer process, negotiations, and onboarding for new hires.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment records and ensure compliance with policies.
  • Continuously refine recruitment processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Stay updated on market trends, talent availability, and competitive hiring practices.

Qualification and Skills:

  • Bachelor's / Master degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Social Sciences, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in recruitment, with astrong preference for candidates who have worked in recruitment agencies or fast-paced corporate environments.
  • Proven track record of successfully filling roles across multiple functions and levels.
