Job description

Organize, plan, implement and promote employee activities (recreational and social activities).

Brainstorm ideas for outreach program to the entire internal customer.

Build & Maintain strong relationship with internal customer.

Create and recommend changes in HR program which will affect subordinate in organization.

Prepare & conduct presentation of technical information concerning all HR activities.

Act as a single point of the contact for the employees and managers in the business unit.

Proactively supports the delivery of HR Processes at the client’s side.

Manages complex and difficult HR Projects cross-functionally.

Actively identifies gaps, proposes and implement changes necessary to cover risks
