Lead and manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, resume screening, interviewing, and selection.
Develop effective hiring strategies to attract suitable candidates.
Maintain strong candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, and talent mapping.
Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and ensure timely communication with candidates.
Deliver an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring and onboarding process.
Prepare offer letters, manage pre-employment documentation, and facilitate smooth onboarding for new hires.
Collaborate closely with department heads to understand manpower needs and support workforce planning.
Track recruitment metrics and provide regular updates or reports to management.
Provide general administrative support to management and other departments.
Handle routine inquiries, correspondence, and document management.
Manage day-to-day office operations, supplies, and basic facilities coordination.
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional office environment.
Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and employee activities.
Perform data entry, record updates, and maintain administrative systems accurately.
Undertake any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by immediate superiors or management.
