• To handle employee relations and industrial relations
• To ensure full compliance with Employment Act & Corporate policies & assist in payroll procedures
• Handling staff claims and document control in relation to resolve grievances and handle disciplinary
• Recruitment & Training - to build master plan for staff career development, KPI appraisals.
• General admin support company festive event, manage licenses and permit
