A dynamic company in Puchong is seeking an HR & Admin Executive to oversee the recruitment process, manage payroll for up to 100 employees, and act as a brand ambassador. This role requires a Diploma/Degree and 3–5 years of experience in talent acquisition, with fluency in Mandarin as a must. HR & ADMIN EXECUTIVE (Talent Recruitment)

Oversee every step of the recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a seamless candidate experience. Work closely with department heads to understand their needs and ensure the right fit for each role. Promote the company image as a brand ambassador.

  • Develop and implement talent acquisition plans aligned with company growth objectives.
  • Identify and engage potential candidates across channels, building a strong talent pipeline.
  • Organise and participate in mass recruitment events such as career fairs and university events.
  • Manage payroll processes for up to 100 employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Coordinate annual audit and compliance with local authorities.
  • Administer compensation & benefits, performance management, employee handbook and policies.
  • Handle employee relations, disciplinary actions, and grievances.
  • Assist with ad‑hoc management requests and joint functions such as annual dinners and retreats.

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Degree in any discipline and 3–5 years of experience in talent acquisition or related field.

  • Fluency in Mandarin (mandatory), English, and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Detail‑oriented, fast learner, well organized, good time‑management.
  • Independent, self‑driven, can work with minimum supervision.
