A manufacturing company in Malaysia is looking for a responsible individual to monitor factory activities, ensure compliance with company policies, and support foreign workers' administrative needs. Responsibilities include conducting patrols, preparing daily reports on misconduct, and assisting with leave records. The ideal candidate should possess strong monitoring skills and be capable of handling disciplinary matters effectively. This role requires keen attention to detail and the ability to work with various reports related to staff behavior.
Make patrols around the factory area according to the schedule provided
Prepare Daily Patrol Report if there are any issue
Monitor staff/ workers at their work stations when required
Monitoring CCTV (PTMSB) from time to time when required
Prepare any reports related to the misconduct when required
Report to immediate superior if there are employee involved with misconduct and discipline
Report to superior if there is a problem with CCTV
Monitor misconduct and disciplinary issue among employees
Assist in handling investigation cases when needed
Assist in handling Domestic Inquiry when needed
Issue Leave Card for Foreign Worker once a year
Update and key In leave record into Quick Staff
Key In Time Off & Early Out
Filing Medical Certification and Supporting Document in Leave Card File.
Send workers to clinic/ hospital/ airport when required
Assist in Fomema related matters
Assist in Immigration/ PDRM related matters
