Overview

As the Hotel Duty Manager you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our hotel located in Melaka. This full-time position requires you to oversee the front office and guest services, making sure our customers receive an exceptional experience throughout their stay.

What you’ll be doing
  • Supervise and coordinate the front office team, including receptionists, concierge and guest services staff
  • Respond to guest inquiries and address any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Manage the daily operations of the hotel, including check‑in/check‑out procedures, room assignments, and housekeeping coordination
  • Implement and enforce hotel policies and procedures to maintain high standards of service and guest satisfaction
  • Assist with the planning and execution of special events, functions, and promotions
  • Monitor and report on hotel performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement
  • Liaise with other department heads to ensure seamless cross‑departmental coordination
  • Provide leadership, training, and development opportunities for the front office team
