Responsibilities

• Minimize material wastage and report any production problems.
• Train and guide new and existing operators.
• Ensure operators follow work instructions and safety rules.
• Work with other departments to maintain smooth production flow.
• Monitor production quality and take corrective action as needed.
• Enforce company rules and maintain employee discipline.
• Track employee performance and boost morale.
• Prepare and review daily production reports.
• Implement lean manufacturing activities.
• Maintain good housekeeping (5S) at the production line.
