Job Responsibilities

• Ensure safe, effective, and evidence-based hemodialysis care for all patients.
• Oversee clinical practices, infection control, and patient safety standards within the dialysis unit.
• Lead, supervise, and support dialysis nursing staff and allied personnel.
• Ensure compliance with the related regulatory bodies and hospital accreditation standards.
• Lead quality improvement initiatives and audits within the dialysis unit.
• Prepare reports related to staffing, clinical performance, incidents, and operational outcomes.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of nursing experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role within a dialysis unit.
• Diploma or Degree in Nursing, with a Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Registered Nurse with a valid Practicing Certificate issued by the Malaysian Nursing Board (LJM) or other relevant regulatory authority.
• Post-basic qualification in Renal Nursing is required.
