Job Description
- Analyse regional business performance, market trends, and competitive landscape to develop insights that shape strategic direction.
- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, partnerships, and market segments to drive enterprise revenue growth.
- Lead business development initiatives, including opportunity assessment, business case preparation, execution, and performance management to achieve annual operating targets.
- Oversee the implementation of strategic growth initiatives and ensure successful partnership outcomes in the Southern region.
- Enable and support the sales organisation in pre‑sales and post‑sales processes to ensure operational efficiency, SLA compliance, and customer satisfaction.
- Lead, develop, and inspire the Southern regional team to achieve strategic goals and deliver commercial excellence.
The Successful Applicant
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise business management, B2B sales, business development, or related commercial leadership roles.
- Strong understanding of enterprise markets, customer dynamics, and emerging industry trends.
- Proven track record in strategic planning, business expansion, and leading high‑performance teams.
- Holds a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field; MBA is an added advantage.
- A commercial leader who thrives in a growth‑focused environment, with strong analytical, stakeholder management, and execution skills.
