Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in PCB, CCL, laminate, or electronics manufacturing.
• More than 5 years of relevant experience for Senior / Section Head role, including team-leading responsibilities.
• Knowledge of PCB fabrication or CCL production processes is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage the daily affairs of the Quality Assurance Department.
• Authorize and revise system documentation.
• Plan and oversee the department's annual plan and budget.
• Monitor performance of company quality from the customer perspective.
• Train employees and plan succession in accordance with business needs.
