Job summary

A leading government-linked company is seeking a highly experienced Head of Project Management to oversee strategic planning and delivery of property development projects on over 800 acres of prime seaside land. The ideal candidate should possess a degree in Civil Engineering, be a registered Professional Engineer in Malaysia, and have at least 15 years of project management experience, particularly in large-scale developments in Sabah. Strong leadership skills and local knowledge are essential for this critical role.

Qualifications

• Registered Professional Engineer with the Board of Engineers Malaysia (BEM).
• Minimum 15 years’ experience in Project Management within property development or construction.
• Experience in managing large-scale property or infrastructure projects in Sabah.
