Job summary

A logistics company located in Selangor, Malaysia, is seeking an experienced professional to define the roadmap for logistics services and manage sales operations. The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years in Logistics or Supply Chain management with a strong leadership background. Exceptional communication skills in English and Chinese are preferred, along with a deep understanding of logistics systems. This role offers an opportunity to oversee product feature development and optimize operational excellence.

Qualifications

Job description

Define the roadmap for logistics services (e.g., warehousing solutions, last‑mile delivery, or).

Conduct market research to identify gaps in the logistics landscape and develop competitive pricing models.

Oversee the development and launch of new service features or digital platforms for clients.

Streamline the "lead‑to‑contract" process, ensuring the sales team has high‑quality collateral, RFPs, and technical support.

Implement and manage CRM workflows to track sales velocity and identify bottlenecks.

Design training programs to ensure the sales force understands complex product offerings.

Integrated Marketing

Align marketing campaigns with product launches to ensure consistent messaging across all channels.

Drive lead generation through targeted B2B strategies (trade shows, digital marketing, and industry thought leadership).

Operational Excellence

Act as the bridge between Operations and Sales to ensure promised product capabilities match operational reality.

Use data analytics to report on product performance, marketing ROI, and sales conversion rates.

Required Qualifications

Experience: 8 years in Logistics or Supply Chain management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role spanning product or sales operations.

Technical Savvy: Deep understanding of Logistics Management Systems (LMS), Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), or CRM platforms (Salesforce/HubSpot) will be added advantage.

Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to package complex logistics services into marketable, easy‑to‑sell products.

Leadership: Experience managing cross‑functional teams and breaking down silos between departments.

Communication Excellent: Able to converse and write in English and Chinese will be added advantage.
